    • If we cannot contact you by email or phone, we may refuse your transaction.
    • We do not accept overseas deliveries. We will only deliver within Japan.
    About Shipping Cost
    The shipping fee is 800 JPY.
    (However, there is a separate relay fee for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)
    Days to Deliver
    For in-stock items, we will ship within 2-3 business days after receiving your order.
    Check Delivery Status
    Regarding the delivery status of the product, we will check it at the time of shipment.We will send you a shipping notification email.You can check the package slip number in the email from the delivery company homepage.
    About Returns and Refunds
    If you wish to return or exchange a product due to a defect, please contact us by e-mail within 30 days after the product arrives.
    We will only accept returns and exchanges for products with  initial defects.
    In these cases, we will bear the shipping cost.
